You have made a great resource and you want to post it on Teachers Pay Teachers, but how do you get the files?
Look for the buttons below your storyboard and click the one that says "Download Images / PowerPoint".
Which option works for you? Let's take a look at each one!
Download and Export Options
PDF File
Select PDF for products you expect to be printed, such as worksheets or posters, either on a standard printer or at a professional printing service. Full storyboards can also be exported as a .pdf file.
High Resolution Image
Choose this option for a high resolution .png file of the entire storyboard. The high-res export works well for posters and storyboards.
Image Pack
The image pack is the best option for thumbnails, banners, and product cover images. Each file will download as a .png.
PowerPoint
Convert your storyboard into a slideshow presentation. After downloading the .ppt file, open and customize as needed.
Also works with Keynote and Google Slides
Animated Gif
Download an animated gif of the cells of your storyboard. Use for banners or thumbnail previews.
Social Media
This particular export option is not recommended for uploading to TpT, but is great for Twitter or Instagram posts!
Print
Don't forget that you can print to PDF! There are several options available for direct printing, or if your printer allows, saving as a PDF file!

How Tos about Download Your Product to Sell on TpT
1
Make your TpT resources stand out with custom branding
Enhance your resource by adding a branded logo or watermark before posting to Teachers Pay Teachers. This helps students and fellow educators easily recognize your work and safeguards your content from unauthorized sharing.
2
Choose a logo or watermark that reflects your classroom style
Select an image, graphic, or simple text that represents your teaching brand. Use your school mascot, classroom theme, or even your name for a personal touch. Consistency in branding builds trust and recognition among buyers.
3
Add your branding to your resource files before exporting
Open your storyboard in your editing software (such as PowerPoint or Google Slides). Insert your logo or watermark onto each page or slide, making sure it’s visible but not distracting. Place it in a corner or near the footer for best results.
4
Check visibility and adjust transparency for a professional look
Set your watermark or logo’s transparency to about 40–60% so it’s noticeable but doesn’t overwhelm your content. Preview each page to ensure your branding is clear and consistent.
5
Export and save your branded resource in the preferred format
Once your branding is in place, download your file as a PDF, PNG, or PowerPoint—whichever suits your TpT product type best. Double-check that all branding appears correctly before uploading to Teachers Pay Teachers.
