Šajā nodarbībā studenti parādīs dažādus veidus, kā veidot kāda cita, kā arī savas pašpārliecinātības veidus. Pašrunība ir lielisks veids, kā motivēt sevi, un tas ir vienkāršs veids, kā palīdzēt veidot pašpārliecinātību un pašcieņu. Studenti jāmudina attēlot reālās pasaules veidus, kā viņi var atbalstīt savus draugus un klasesbiedrus savā scenogrāfijā.

Studentu instrukcijas

Demonstrējiet savu izpratni par pašcieņas ietekmi, izveidojot scenāriju, kurā vispirms jūs atbalstāt citus, bet pēc tam - sevi.

  1. Noklikšķiniet uz "Sākt piešķiršanu".
  2. Apzīmējiet pirmos divus nosaukumus “ Atbalstot citus ” un trešo virsrakstu “ Atbalstot sevi” .
  3. Pirmajās divās šūnās parādiet, kā jūs varat pozitīvi atbalstīt citus vai jūsu vienaudžus, kuriem tā nepieciešama.
