Young Billy har alltid drömt om att ha en hund. Inte bara vilken hund som helst och inte bara en hund. Billy drömmer om att ha två tvättbjörnar och höja dem för att jaga. Billy arbetar och arbetar för att spara pengar för att köpa dessa hundar och har ingen aning om det verkliga värdet som de kommer att ge till hans liv.
