Izpratne par atkarību var būt sarežģīts jēdziens. Lielākā daļa cilvēku redz narkotisko vielu negatīvo izturēšanos un marķē šo personu kā “sliktu” vai “vāju”. Daudzi narkotiku lietotāji nespēj pareizi tikt galā ar stresu, un dažu narkotisko vielu lietotāji var izraisīt tūlītēju stresa izraisītāju atvieglojumu. Atkarības ciklu var būt grūti pārtraukt.
Šajā nodarbībā studenti izveidos storyboard, kas ilustrē atkarības ciklu . Viņiem noteikti jāiekļauj katra soļa apraksts un jānosaka, kad ir labākais laiks cikla pārtraukšanai. Iepriekš redzamajā scenārija piemērā vislabākais laiks tiek norādīts kā posms, kurā izmantojama “caving to use”, tomēr tas ne vienmēr notiek cilvēkiem.

Demonstrējiet savu izpratni par to, kā pārtraukt atkarības ciklu, izveidojot storyboard.
- Noklikšķiniet uz "Sākt piešķiršanu".
- Izmantojiet piecu šūnu cikla izkārtojumu ar nosaukumiem un aprakstiem.
- Katrā nosaukuma lodziņā uzskaitiet piecus cikla soļus.
- Šūnas apraksta lodziņā īsi paskaidrojiet, kas parasti notiek katra soļa laikā.
- Atbilstošajā apraksta lodziņā norādiet labāko iespēju pārtraukt ciklu.
- Apraksta lodziņā uzrakstiet īsu pārdomu paziņojumu par vainu / kaunu.
- Ilustrējiet katras šūnas soļa vizuālu piemēru, izmantojot atbilstošu ainu, rakstzīmju un vienumu kombināciju. Neattēlojiet faktisko narkotiku lietošanu.
