L'induismo è praticato da circa 1,2 miliardi di persone in tutto il mondo ed è la terza religione più grande del mondo. Oggi, le persone che praticano l'induismo possono essere trovate in tutto il mondo, ma è originario dell'India e gli indù costituiscono oggi l'80-90% della popolazione indiana.
